What is your return policy?

Each trunk is custom made to order by a local Tampa Florida master cabinet maker. I do not purchase these trunks. We purchase and cut the wood according to each incoming order and add all hardware and stain on a custom order basis. As a result, we have a strict no return policy. The purchase of a trunk is a costly investment and one that you should be sure you have thought over before you purchase. Each Sawhorse trunk is made by hand, NOT A MACHINE. Each trunk may differ slightly. Variations in wood, climate, and human hands will guarantee that each trunk will differ slightly.  I encourage all of my clients to do their research and decide what kind of trunk and accessories will best suit their needs. My trunks are beautiful, unique, and cost effective; you will not be disappointed!

What materials are used?

All of our trunks are made from quality cabinet, or A grade, Poplar and Birch. We use only quality, professional grade, stains and catalyzed lacquers. If you have any additional questions regarding materials please do not hesitate to contact us directly.

What are my payment options?

I require full payment upon order. All order requests by phone or email are contingent upon payment. All orders are processed in the order payment is received. We accept phone and online orders with Visa, Discover, and MasterCard. Please note that orders are processed in the order which they are received.
