I orders this on 8/19 and contacted them on 9/5 to see when it would arrive. I placed multiple phone calls, leaving messages, sent multiple emails and never once received a response. I even sent voicemails and emails cancelling my order and requesting a refund because it did not arrive before I was heading out of town 9/11 for a horse show. All I ordered was a latch- not sure why it took over a month for a latch to arrive and why no one ever responded to my voicemails or emails. I still would like a complete refund for the incredible lack of customer service.
